Shipping and Return Policy

We’re are working hard to provide the best shipping options for the lowest cost to make your surprise party easy as possible. Every order is carefully packaged, and if you place your order by 3:00 p.m. central time, Monday-Friday we will ship it out the same day!

Standard Shipping Map

When your order comes in, it will be processed by our shipping staff, at which time you can follow its status on our Order Status page. You will receive an email with your tracking information once it has shipped.

Available Shipping Methods

We offer up to five shipping methods, depending on your location and the products you order.

UPS SurePost is our value shipping method on lighter and smaller packages. An estimated delivery date will be shown of 5-7 days. This is not a guaranteed deliver date. UPS SurePost shipped packages that do not arrive on the estimated delivery date shown are not refundable because of a late delivery. 

Standard Shipping  With our standard shipping you can expect delivery within 3-5 days to all parts of the continental states. 

Express Shipping  With express shipping you can expect delivery within 2-3 days to all parts of the continental states. 

UPS Overnight  are our expedited shipping option for selected items. Orders placed using these shipping methods need to be placed before 2 pm CST on a Business Day to get shipped out same day. You can expect delivery within 1 business day for UPS Overnight  shipping. (Does NOT include Saturday delivery)

Customer Pickup is available to customers in Texas. If you’d like to pick up your order instead of having it delivered, just select Store Pickup instead of shipping while in the shopping cart. Fill out the info and you can schedule a pickup time for your order. 

“Free Ground Shipping” Offers

All orders on our website with a cost total over $50 feature an offer for “Free Ground Shipping.” When you order one of these products, you will receive free standard shipping for your order! 

“Ground Shipping Only” Products

Due to DOT transportation laws and for safety reasons, certain items cannot be shipped by air. That is why Ground shipping is the only type of shipping we offer for any type of smoke bomb. 

Shipping Restrictions

We do not accept website orders from outside the United States, and cannot ship outside the continental US. 

Return Policy

• We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
• All returnable items need to be in their original packaging, custom printed sparkler tags are non-returnable.
• Multi-product package items will not be accepted for returns unless all items that are included in the package are returned. Example: Gender Reveal Confetti Cannon Packages can only be returned, if 2 blue and 2 pink cannons are returned unused)
• Orders will be refunded the full product value minus the cost of the return shipping label we provide. If 2nd day or Overnight shipping was selected at the time of purchase for delivery the cost of the shipping will not be included as part of your orders total product value. 
• Once returned items are received it will take 7-10 days to process your return before a refund will be approved and submitted.
